Dream interpretation

This is a dream journal. The intention behind it is to also give interpretations on the recorded dreams. In my experience, much of the dream content is prophetic and can be linked to events following the night of dreaming.
Throughout the year 2013 I will keep to the discipline of recording my dreams every morning and interpreting them every evening. That way, people may start to get a feel of how dream symbolism works.

Watchin Two Ships on the Water

1. Snakes

Maybe a dream about snakes, but I'm not sure.

2. Square Lake

At home, light, toward dinner time, kitchen, brothers are there. We are preparing food. All is on the table, and some things in the oven, which is open. We're busy, the kitchen is full. S is there too, possibly I. On the table is Vol-au-vent, and potatoes are in the oven.
Eventually our parents arrive, they are late. I fear mom will be mad about us using the kitchen, but I stand my ground.
Scene changes. War time, we are outside. The enemy is there. Behind us is a house, this is ours, we are now on this side of the house which is a different world. The other side of the house is the past, not now is a good idea to go there. We meet the enemy, they are three people, among which a young girl with long curly black hair and a guy my age or a bit older. They are the main ones. I meet them face on, they have more fear than me. When the confrontation is over, the girl lies on the floor, on the street. I know I have only one choice and that is to rape her. She expects it. I go toward her and she wears a jeans. I feel between her legs and I feel her pussy which is very wet. Though I have doubts about the wisdom of this, I know I'm left with no choice but entering. In fact, this makes something right, as if we are a couple now.
Then all of us go in the house, which is open as if there are no walls and you can see the other side, there are many people there. Stalls, like a market, selling fabrics and trinkets. Part of it is in the house. Most of it outside. They, the enemy persons, want to go outside, I have no intention to follow and stay in the mid-zone. I realize that the other side is the past.
Scene changes, we are outside, on the right side, we sit as if to watch a film, on a dike, there is a square lake, very big, lots of water. Four dikes around it. We all sit on one side. The girl is with me. We are about to watch a film. I wanted this. This was on my schedule, but no all the others are here with me and they don't have a clue about what is happening or will happen, because they have not seen the other two earlier parts. I briefly try to explain when the film starts. The film is what happens on the water. I fear it will make no sense to the others.
Close to where we sit are two boats, wooden both, one longer than the other, but both very big, and simple. And two people are there, in the water. They try to get in the boat, in one of the boats. One guy tries to get some long planks of wood in the ship, but I don't want that to happen. It never works.
At some point the big ship overturns and they're in the water. Then it takes the shape of a train. And then a train comes from behind us and we have to take care it does not overrun us, because we are almost sitting in that corner. They train passes. Another comes. We go down the slope. Now it is a meadow of grass, not water, and we run uphill. Another train tries to hit us. Then lots of people are on the green and run uphill. There is a giant, I see him aim his fist to hit, but also see he cannot see us or something so we don't have anything to fear. I run this way and that, but the orange giant hits the ground and I never stood in that place. Then again. Now it becomes harder to run uphill and I see another giant. This is about where the dream ends.

Mountain House

1. Rock Grid

Dream about Chwe and I, mostly alone, and near each other but never close. Mostly inside, but sometimes outside, long stretched building. Something that needed finishing. Something about a text, line per line. Tedious work.
One time outside big square maybe. Maybe something about Woli.
Sometimes other people were involved somehow.

Maybe the same dream. My crystal grid at home, though in the dream an unfamiliar place though my own, larger place, is incomplete, but that means that stones are taken to be used for certain work. I have one big stone, recently acquired, a yellow rock bigger than a fist, and I walk around with this and contemplate what I should do. When I am at the crystals I consider where I will put it, and in the end I place it somewhere, turning it in a position that seems to fit exactly, and no other position will do.

2. Two Fingers Signal

Outside. Light, pass the house, then to the meadow behind where all the people gather, and passed the house to its left side, some kind of happening. Parents and brothers are already there. We don't venture far out, but stay on the grass which is closest to the kerbside of the terrace, which is a little higher. They sit down and make ready to have picknick, all prepared. I sit with them, being the last person to arrive.
There is a tall blond girl who I've seen before, in passing, possibly in an earlier dream or earlier in the same dream, and possibly in real life too, that would be in the shop then. I watch her when she comes, because I know her and I know she wants my attention. When she is close by she walks passed, but I do what she wants and look at her and I see her put out two fingers, like a peace sign, but she holds the fingers almost horizontal and slanting down. But the signal is clear, and what I make of it is this that she wants me to follow her after two minutes, which is what I shall do. Though when I am clear about her intention, and she gives me leave in fact, I can't wait. Anyway, when she has passed by and goes to the terrace and then behind us to the house where the activities are, and a cafe, I rein in myself and tell myself to wait as she bade me.
At the same time parents and brothers are also waiting, but on one of there own party, and if I am correct they are waiting for the new girl friend of my brother N, but I don't care about this and want to follow this lady sooner. Anyway, the girl friend would have been here a long time, but she does not come at all, while they keep waiting, and I feel that I am the one causing her delay by wanting to follow the blond girl. And I am thinking that the girl friend might be Chwe, but even then.
I want to follow immediately, but I wait a little, but not very long and certainly not two minutes. So I go after her early. When I rise she is no longer there but there is only one place where she can go and that is the house with the cafe, so I go there and enter, alone.
When I am up and walking I realize I am not wearing pants, I do have underwear and a shirt, but no trousers. This was okay when I sat with my family, but it is a little awkward now, though I don't mind and go on anyway. People must accept me how I am.
When I enter the building she is not there, but I immediately notice that in the back there is a little room where they are giving a taiji class, and I remember suddenly in the dream that this was in the program and that I possibly promised to go and support them, so I will do that now. I seem to remember that I promised this girl I would be taking this class, so now the promise is fulfilled. According to the dream she would have told me about this taiji class.
So I go there, red atmosphere, and there is a Chinese woman teaching, and a handful other people, this place looks like the back of a cafe where they have parties, so not very welcoming. It does not matter. Maybe three other people following the woman's teaching. I join, I can follow what she does and try to link it with my own taiji, recognizing stances, but what she does is vastly different from what I know. And it is certainly not better. Very different than I am used to. There is not a lot of place. I seem to recognize 'lady works at shuttles' and 'repulsing monkey'.
Then the tall blond girl comes back, she has particular facial features and I am sure I have seen her in real life. She was at the toilet and now she is back, and in the same room is a table, two wooden tables, and she sits herself down at one, and is alone and clearly she is waiting till I'm done and will come to her. All is so clear, and I will carry out the plan flawlessly, except that suddenly Bale enters and sees me as if it is a long time ago and she wants to talk to me or she makes conversation. Her presence makes it difficult for me to go to the girl and talk to her, because now I am no longer alone.
Then the dream gets confused by the end and through our talk we are led to visions of America and trains, and I think that even the blond girl joins the discussion about trains in America from a long time ago, here and here, pointing at a map and I see the landscape and the rails, and the trains at the end of these rails, out of order and left behind since many many years. One such train is red.
The last scene is when we are in a city, I look at the weather, and see the shadow of the buildings, there is a great square, and we cross it on one side, up. And this is Italy, big modern city. Can't remember what happened in particular. At the end of the square something happened but not of major consequence, then we are back on trail and look for pizza, is it me who wants pizza badly. Do I follow my brother N? There is a lady with us, too. We end up in some private house of an Italian who also makes pizzas, but we pass the back of his house and his car is there, and it looks like he is working on it. That is about where the dream ends, we never go in.


3. The Mountain Road

Last dream.
In the mountains. I decide to pass somewhere (can't read notes).
Earlier in the dream a shop like environment.
There is a house which is build on a cliff, but a road passes to. So we are high up on a mountain and from the window you can see well the wide horizon. Friends are here.
At some point I am downstairs, the hall is big and I sit on the floor leaning against the front wall, this is where the front door is, and this door is really big and of wood, but not in perfect condition. I can't remember who else was there, but I felt comfortable. The other person or persons were across the room. We were utterly chilling.
Then suddenly Anta comes down from the stairs on the right, and it has been a very long time since I have seen her and am happy to see her. So we start to talk. She looks good.
She is very direct and tells me, while she is standing and I am sitting still, that she is free and that if I want to have sex with her this can be done. Of course she knows I want to because in the old days I let her know that. Now she is free and tells me. I'd rather first reacquaint .
We sit across each other at a table to the right, wooden table, but I'm sure that earlier I have already touched her body. I touched her breasts. (Can't read notes).
She explains to me that she still has her kid, because I know she is a mother, but that she will not have her child for much longer, so I should not worry. She really wants to hurry, which is not necessary for me at all. There is white in her clothing.
Then she starts to undress me and herself. She wants it all rightaway. I let her do.
Then N. (Can't read my notes here). Hall of a big house, big int itself, Anta does not continue, can't remember what happened. Someone entered.
Then I see Kivo, and then other colleagues too, they were her colleagues long ago too. When they enter and walk about, which I had never expected, Anta excuses herself and says that she should have prepared herself, like bringing a condom, but more especially to secure me so that we would not be disturbed by colleagues. That is, she should have planned it all better and taken me upstairs to her room in the first place.
I sit on the floor next to the door, and look outside and think that the view here is much better than at home.

The dream ends when we are urged into a 4X4 vehicle, with my brother N organizing this and this is a big car or jeep, but still we are many people in just one car. N is not driving but he is giving instructions. We wind down the mountain path which is always the side of the mountain. When we are more down we come to a more settled place, but it has rained in the passed few days though the weather is good now, but once we get to a certain point where people live though there are no houses but only some people, then the road is part of the lawn itself and you can see mud bubbles or mud bubbling up from underneath. It is almost impossible to see the road, but these mud bubbles are always on the path. I think it is a bad idea to drive over that, because we will surely sink, but we just continue and I trust it. Or we stop. Or we have to get back. Anyway at that place the dream ends.

Floor Puzzle

1. Marinated Orca

First thing I remember is that I am on my bicycle cycling from Herent to Leuven, others are behind me but I have a head start and I don't want their company. Then there is the Donkerstraat, which takes me down at full speed, but immediately I see that the end of the street is blocked, so I have to be careful. From on top you would say you can't pass at all, but I am going to try anyway, the others can follow my example. So I go down the hill, and I come into some sort of market at the bottom, stalls everywhere, the whole crossroads taken. I can't remember what happened there.
At some point I return, so same way, but at the other side of the road. From Leuven to Herent, again at the Windgat there is the main thing happening. Across below is the sea and I can see it, and orca's jump out of the water. This is important, because at the same time a little beside the road when I stop for a minute, there is a famous Flemish cook who has just made a book on his recipes and when I see the pictures, I see that he marinated orka. I think that is bad, because how many animals will he have used for this and they all die for nothing. He is cooking in this area too, when I leave I see these animals in the water.

2. Package Home

I'm at the opposite side of the street where I will be later. In an upstairs room which is big like a living room, but it has a bed too on the right, and somehow I claim it as mine though I am not in it. At first I am alone, and have this package with me, but later more and more people enter the room. This is certainly someone else's place. Waiting.
I would rather be alone, I am expecting someone at 12 o clock, I am actually worrying about being ready for when Chwe comes at 12 today. I'd rather get myself to bed again, dark sheets, big bed, bigger than any normal bed.
I ask someone the time when I become a little panicked about it, it is only 11am, but I can't stand it anymore, another person says it is 12 already. I leave, I want to go home, and that is what I do.

Sunlight, somewhere in Leuven, a street that is supposed to be Bondgenotenlaan and I am returning to it at some point, because this is where my home is. I am carrying a package, which I had earlier but can't remember the context of. I am instinctively looking for my house. Then I see my door, which is a small white wooden door in the wall, a bit back of the wall in fact. It is too small to go through with the box, though the cardboard package is not that wide, but I don't have my hands free.
I am looking for number 276. And I then remember that I can enter from behind, so I'll try that. I look left, then right, to see where the shortest route is. There must be side streets that go to where the Diestsestraat should be. It seems like it has been a long time since I've been here. At first I think the closest street to get to the back is left, but then I see one on the right and go there. It is some kind of apartment I'm living in, number 6. So that makes 276/6.
When I was before my door first, at that point I am sure the package is from Stco, and there is some reading on top of it, done with a black or red marker, and I can read it, it certainly has the word dvd in, but misspelled, like DFD. And some other things. I had expected the wrong spelling because of something earlier and because I should know what is in the box.
When I find the back alley, I can get in from the front first. But already at that point I see that the street on the back is a dead end to the right, and the downstairs neighbours, who are Asian, South East Asian I think, have made their home there, outside, in the dirt, at least one adult and a kid.
I enter my home, the ground floor is nothing and dark and square and small, and I go up stairs which is more like a ladder, metal, and in white, and I go up through a hole in the roof to come to the next level, and it is more of the same there, only smaller, and I begin to wonder if this is all right, because I can't remember, it has been so long. One more level up in the same way I come to a fine room in which I should not be because it is the landlord's private quarter's, but now I cannot but pass there, so I do, and on the border when I want to enter my own quarters which feel empty anyway, I step on something and it gives a boom, like a small explosion, and it must have been a booby trap.
I finally get into my own rooms, and when I reach the back, where the living room is, I notice that the place is rather big and well furnished, but a puzzle I was working on is still on the floor, all the pieces, bigger than a normal puzzle, and it should be a 1000 pieces, all scattered in a certain order on the floor. This is a work in progress, but at this point I am annoyed with it, because it makes walking over it difficult, and I had forgotten about it.
I don't know exactly what happens next, but the next instant I am downstairs again, at the entrance on the front, which is already inside with the ladder. And I think I am going to the back anyway, because somehow I still was not able to enter the house properly to deliver the package.
Then when I am back down in that area, I see two women enter and they live here as well, one of them anyway. Blond hair, very pretty. Wears green I think, I know her, from sight. Never had much contact, because I am never here.
The other is her sister, but both change in age when I regard them, one of the goes upstairs, but first was the younger one, now the other is younger, but at some other point they are like mother and daughter, which is confusing.
In the back of my mind I make a note to acquaint myself to her. Anyway they have business of their own so I leave them be and go outside, I see those Asian people again, they don't look happy, but a little worried, yet they hold out. I go up the stairs to where I live, I see the small window there, but I know when I see it that I can't open it, because there is stuff on the other side, and I would push things over if I'd open the window from here, it is white and of wood, and also, it is too small to go through, and I still have this package, and I can't get through.
Then I start talking to the Asian man, there is a pile of sand or earth before him, but I don't precisely know what they are doing. But as I feared they have trouble with the landlord as well, can't get in the house anymore, which is why they occupy this land, and they know about the booby trap as well.

3. Double Station

Last dream, late in the morning.
First inside, a place I don't know, one publisher is there and one guy from a library, of Overijse, I am there, tables, dark, reds, and something about an order, six copies of a book. Both of them tease me because I don't know the details and they do. Something I should handle.
Later I am asked the same question, now I think I know which package at least it is, these are six Deltas books, rather small, the publisher asks them from me. This is in the kitchen of parents, and before that I was in the garage doing something with my cycle, and there was light, but I can't remember what happened, I was at the side where the chicken feed is kept.
In the kitchen there is also my mother. I can't remember what happened then. When I point to the package I intended, this woman publisher opens it, the top of it, and it is definitely something else. Two other things stand nearby on the floor, but I don't know what they are and now I can't remember.
Later I am on the train, and my brothers, certainly N, are there. And some other people. Among which at some point Tivb, though never near me I think, though part of this is her idea.
We pass through Leuven, the station, light, bright, and then we continue and after a while we come to the end station, the rails stop and there is a blue wall, we cannot go further, though none of us has paid attention, so I say we have to get off here. And this too is the station of Leuven and I am confused. Then we go to a certain place, the others surely know where they are going, and I follow, not sure anymore why we are here, I just came along.
Then we stay up, and others go down, and down is where Tivb is and begins to do explanations about dancing, which is something she is organizing but I'm not a part of it and I keep out of it, then suddenly she asks me, shouting from downstairs to me, the stairs is on the side, left, whether I might be interested to also follow her class, once a week, but even in advance I am not wanting it, only afterwards do I think that it would be nice to see her more often, but I already know she's going to say Tuesday or any other day that I can't make anyway. But by asking the question she actually opened me and made me curious. 
Then Joja is there downstairs or some other fellow who looks like him and is demonstrating what dance we'll be doing, not me of course, and he says it is called jiji, but Tivb earlier said something about chachacha, which I think is not the first dance that people should begin with. But it is her thing, so I let her. And when Joja actually starts dancing, it is not a dance at all in my opinion, he takes long paces left and right, then goes very fast, and then also claps his hands and fingers in a very fast rhythm that I fear I can never obtain myself. Somewhere about there ends the dream.

Some earlier dream. Fragment. I remember a woman with short black curls, and she reminded me of Chsn, and the context might well have been taiji. Inside. Someone else was also there.

Lost in Deep Space

1. Bound
(Vision)

Last part of a dream, new scene.
I am walking home at night, from centre of town, through Ravenstraat. I pass my street on the right without realizing it. It rains slightly. I have my eyes turned down a bit, but then suddenly I see another person coming from the other side, walking this street. And in an instant I recognize her. It is Kaco, and I assume she is going home as well, since she now works nearby. She wears dark blue, and I recognize her haircut. She sees me too in that instance.
I don't want to be a bother, so I immediately turn my head to the right, and look down, and stay where I am, but I can tell that she stopped moving as well, as she had not expected to run into me. So both of us look away.
When I want to look back at her I can't, as if I am bound, and I can't even get up. I am crouched, though still on my two feet, and this seems to be something I do to myself, but not being able to look back at her reminds me of those times in the past in dreams where I am not able to open my eyes because the light is too blinding. It seems that she has such a hard time, or I do, with facing each other, that I can't look at her and start to collapse onto myself, and there is nothing I can do, and I even hear myself groan when I wake up. I moan in reality, that is the end of the dream, or vision, because all looked as if it might have been real.

2. Two German Girls

Light, Leuven, Hooverplein. At the balloon statue, I pass a girl that I know. A little later I meet another, and both are somehow linked. And somewhat later when I pass the same spot they are both together, as if dealing out leaflets to people, a little distance away from each other. One is dressed in red, the other I can't remember, but more like dark blue I think. And I know their names, because one is called Christine, and the other is called Anne-Lise. And at those different timing I go up to them and ask them questions, but I can't remember regarding what, only that I thought they might be able to help me. One of them reminds me of the girl from Germany, Berlin, who visited my uncle and aunt B&D two weeks ago. She is my age. In the dream, both might be from Germany.

3. Black Ship, Red Nebula, Paper Water Bird Planet

Maybe the same dream.
I'm on a ship, on land, because it is pulled on dry land and refurbished as a ship. I don't think I have been here before, but the location is where Stuk is, and this place is very posh. It has three stories, the outside of the ship is black with white, but mostly black. The inside is like a large rectangle. Very large, the whole complex is some distance above ground, so you can see the parts of the ship that would normally be under the surface of the water. There are metal stairs to go up and down.
I think I am in the middle section, and in the corner at my back to the right is a kitchen, professional. And this is a restaurant.
Later the three sections are pulled together and form one big ship. D is there.
At some point in this or another dream, Dore is there.
Then things change, but still the same dream, next thing I remember is the city, and then I am in space on a spacecraft with someone else. The two of us cruise through deep space, nowhere near a place I am familiar with and all is dark, but the spots where we just passed, and in fact we look at the rear of the ship, because there seems to be some sublimation, crystallization, like airplanes leave in the air. And it is mostly red and nebulous, and I think it is a wonderful sight, and it tells us something about the composition of space.
We are actually lost with our spacecraft, the two of us.
While we watch this fuel vapour or whatever it is, the other person asks me if we have a certain atom on board, because he would like to fire that across the nebula behind the ship, and it will work like an indicator, and we will know even more about the composition, and we will also be able to tell if this is real space we are identifying or the gases from the ship, but it is the first. The atom is called Fiero.
I don't know what he means, but I look closer to see if what he means.
The nebula has waves in it in red hues, and you can see the curvings of space or gravity, and that means that this sight unveils planets and so on, in space, that we pass somehow.
It is like a big soft red cloud that stretches behind us, and it is a signature, of the location in space.
Planets and star systems become apparent and clearly recognizable.
So then we look more intent, and even without the atom we start to see individual planets and systems. Some have texts in space on them, in English, and this is weird to encounter, and a few ones later, there is even a planet with a long text inscribed on top of it and a voice is repeating the text, and this is a weird sensation. I wonder how it is possible. Colours also have changed to these different objects, mostly white.
At some point we land, more by accident or pressure than by will, and when we descend through the clouds we enter a city, and to our left we see a white crane hovering reading the newspaper, but the bird is made of paper, white. And when we land, we see more of the same creatures. And somewhat later we learn that these paper birds live in or under the water, in ponds.
The reason why we landed is because we are without fuel. So once on the planet I start thinking about solutions. We don't find fuel.
Then, at some point we are told by someone living here that we should hurry and go to a certain office, booth, and formally register as being aliens, or coming from outer space, because if we don't do this before three o'clock, we will be regarded as people of this planet, and we will not be able to leave the planet.
I was already thinking of going there. And while we go there, round a house first, then cross the square, it has started to rain, or hail, and the white stones are a chemical substance but not water, ammonia is among it and some other substance I can't remember.

4. Catching a Train

There might have been a dream in which I was in a train station, with other people. But I can't remember well.

5. Maffia

There was some last dream which was chaotic, in a house, different rooms, but mostly at the road side, and lots of people, and competing with another group. I do my own thing. Can't remember the rest, though the end was that I was too awake to call it a dream anymore, there was a car abducting my brother D, I went after them, came back, had homework to do, made eggs in the frying pan, added another one, while people were still crowding, one girl was of the bad guys team, near me, I hug her from behind, she is pregnant I feel.

+6. Chestful of Tomatoes

I remember a fragment where I grab tomatoes, all small ones like cherry tomatoes and a little bigger than that, but different colours, red and yellow, these were all different kinds of tomato in fact, and I tried to grab many in my hand as I could, but I could not hold on to more than fitted in my hand, naturally, this shows my greed, or the desire to be fast. The wooden basket in which they lay was turned away from me. Inside, other people around but not much.

On the Red Train

1. Climbing Frame Chairs in the Night

City, part which looks like the end of the Naamsestraat, around the church or begijnhof. I have been summoned. I hang around that area some time, I can't recall what happened before.
Then Jaro is there, and we see at the same time a rack with chairs, which is an interesting contraption of metal, to the side of the street. Very artistic, smooth, bars of pipes of metal, bent and worked into to chairs, but they hover quite a distance above the ground floor.
But both of us get the idea at the same time to climb it, almost instinctively. And we make it to the top, but then a third person that I don't like comes too and joins us. At that point we had just started to eat something, a group of people walks by, it is dark. One of them is behind. They just pass. Across the street is a restaurant.
But we have warm food, most of which is fried, but it tastes nice, and to me it does very well to have some meat. Each of us has a plate with food, but I had already seen the side dishes behind us too. I am not sure what I am allowed to, so I eat my own plate and then stop, while Jaro is more decadent and continues to eat, the same goes for the third person, when he sits between us, he eats more. I shift place, to back behind Jaro, and because I see the other two eat I suppose it is allowed, though I could do with the little I already had, but now I eat from the small things behind me, which is fried meat as well, like chicken wings, but better than usual. Still I am careful and don't eat too much. There is sushi too, very complicated ones. I take from that, it is probably the same as the chicken wings, but changes when you look back. This is when I wanted to go home, which is why I shifted place, but I can't go home (?).

2. Six Tracks

There is a CD of Bjork something something, which is one song, and I play it, but on the back of the cd I see there are six tracks. And I realize I only play track one and two, and the others are not played, but the song lasts so long that it covers the whole length of the six tracks, unless you would interrupt it in a way, for example by accident, which I might have done, and then it naturally continues with the song of the track that should have been playing.
I want to listen. Maybe because it is new. At the same time I'm doing something else. In a room, alone, I think. The back of the cd shows the names of the songs, two are just letters, one is P.

3. Antwerp Train Bus

A large room in which we wait. This is Antwerp, whites, turquoise soft. I am waiting there for a train, though this is not the platform, but a higher place where people assemble and have to go through the gates, such as those for a subway, these are here somewhere. People are waiting here, me too, oblivious of when a train will come or what I shall do.
Then I suddenly see my dad, which I had not expected and he is on his own, and also caught in his own thinking, hurrying about, but I go to him and join, but I suspect that he will go home too, so I can just go with him. So I wait for the train with him.
He still goes his own way, and looks for a way to descend for the platforms, I follow, in front to the left he finds the stairs. He goes down. But when we arrive on the platform, he goes back up, I don't know why, but I see the train, which is a large red double-decker, with his front to the station, which is the end of the rails. So I stay because that is the train I'd like to take. Left platform. Many people already on the train.
This is a model of train I have never seen before, but I trust it anyway. It looks posh.
I get up, look carefully, so many doors which you might enter through. Go in, all seats are taken, there is a girl but I pass her because she might not want me to sit next to her, then I see a young girl, maybe ten or twelve, and sit next to her, me at the window. Somewhat later I see that her mother sits next to her, but at the opposite way.
All the time, from upstairs already, I had a sausage with me, a long thin one and a napkin and a splash of garlic sauce to go with it. Now I sit I eat a little of it.
Once the train leaves I see we take a route through the city and follow the streets and wait for the traffic lights, and after a while I realize that this is not a train but a bus, and that is why my father got back up. After another while we stop at an overground station which looks like a bus stop, but a very big one, and people get off and others get on. And I am thinking, if it is going to be this slow, then it will take forever before I am home, like four hours at least.
At this place however, I meet Bale and R, and I follow them, they are on their way to the railway station. And know a short cut. Once we are in the building, I see it. Because I would have gone straight through, which is the main hall of the station, very old stone and so on, looks a bit like the old station of Antwerp, but they show me a way to the right, which is not used often and the stairs look a bit funny, because some are sports, bars of metal and not real stairs on which you can place your foot. Moreover, some go down and others go up, so it is a challenge to get down. This is to the right and in the corner the stairs turn again and you come to the platforms.
I am careful but I go down and place my feet right everytime, touching the bars with the front of my foot. The other two are not following me. Or at least I am quick and first to arrive downstairs. I can't well explain what these stairs looked like, but it was like a game, a climbing frame almost.
When I get in the big hallway downstairs, there is lots of animation and people about. There is a man near me with a balloon in the shape of a ship and shouts things and I recognize the thing for what it is. It is the Horn of Heimdal and I want to blow it, that must be the challenge of the man. So I go to him without much thinking and take the balloon ship and blow on the end where the air must go in, and I do it well, because this is like a trumpet, but the man had not expected this. A very different sound comes out than usual, than he expected, than the ship is made for, but this is the only way I know. The second time I turn myself to the people around me and see across the whole hall, which looks a bit like King's Cross, and blow again, and people look, and in one breath I blow three times, as if I have no need of breathing, and every time I blow a little higher in pitch, to show I can do that too. That is about where the dream ends. But I enjoyed the ship.

4. Taiji, Dog Tomb, and Snake Woman

Bathroom. And I can't remember the rest. Something like, I am naked, mother has tidied my clothes and ordered them in a closet neatly. I am afraid of something, can't remember what.
Later, a hall, together we are waiting for taiji, car (?). Half an hour before the exact time. But some have left already, with the wife of PK.
The hall is a training hall, and I come in but everyone is already assembled here, like Anle, and Resc, and many others are already gone and have an early training with the wife of PK. But I'm not even sure I want to follow.
So when everyone packs there stuff, PK all the same, then I decide I will go but have to change my clothing or something. I have a bag with stuff with me. Not at first, at first I was a bit clumsy with clothes, even a costume in my hands, not knowing whether I should need it, but taking it with me anyway. Now I don't want to take it and I want to have a rucksack which is smaller and more convenient. So I repack, but all the others are gone outside already and I stay behind.
When I go outside, I see two cars. The one in front has only ladies, but I see there is room and they are still packing the car so I ask the driver if I can go with them, and she says yes. The other car has PK but also is ready to leave, so I let it go. Now I see that the car I joined also already had lots of people in them, to wit four, which means I can just join them.
We drive.
After a while we arrive somewhere, outside, light, bright. This looks like the front of house of parents, but it is an unfamiliar house. We stop there and read the inscriptions on a stone slab by a window. Someone among us must have known the lady who lived here once. But the inscription is dedicated to her dead dog. And a bit further by the door the same. I don't know why we came here. But we linger a bit. Someone at that point consults the runes and Ehwaz and Kenaz come up. I see it but say nothing. 
There is another stone, which is meant to say prayers at, and this place is a sight for tourists for some reason.
Then the scene shifts and we are where we need to be, but this is a fun park for children. Many children are about. Lawn. Different areas. From where I'm standing, at least three. And from the higher spot we go downhill. The lot of us together as a group, enter a new area after gawking at everything, and this is where we should find the rest, and we pass a snake, I had known it a long time, but when I see it, it is a woman dressed in the shape of a snake, only the costume is so bit it almost looks like a tree, so tall. And I say to Svdb that I know who that is, and I think he does too, because it is a character from Naruto.

5. Funeral Feast

One of the last dreams. Light, at first in front, at the street side, assembling, father, mother, brothers, me, many other people. After a while we go to the back, place is unfamiliar, but it is the same as the lane next to the house of parents. In the back we go in. There is a long, wide passageway and at the end a room, everywhere people, and preparing for a funeral, which will be held inside the end room, which is square and white and in the middle is the pyre, because it will be a cremation. I have no idea for whom, but everyone thinks this is important. I don't sea the dead person, and though I've been in the funeral room I haven't actually seen the pyre either. Later we go back down through the hallway, which is long and dark now and people are queuing, which means that if we leave now we will have to queue to get back to the room, I don't like that, but I don't intend to return. We decide we have to eat something. I know people at the end of the queue, but just observe. Some tries to skip a few people, but that won't really help him. At that point it is late in the evening, night.

+6. Taiji Sword

In one of the last dreams I walked through the form of taiji sword, quite a long piece, movement after movement, I faltered at the point of Step over Obstacles. But when I did Lion Shakes its Head I aimed each time at the neck of a man nearby, who was also learning.

Two Storms

1. Flood

Pesl. Land (?).
Blond fury, lady, and Pese.
Apocalyptic dream type, apocalyptic atmosphere. Storm. There is a writer, or writing, but doomed to die. He comes especially for me. And he takes me and someone else with him.
We go outside. Dark. It is storming, raining, and some kind of flood. We are being disturbed (maybe this was a little before, inside).
Digr. Outside, water is channeled. On my own I go ahead, there is nothing left of the land, all is flooded, but I look and see how far I can go into the water while still touching land, and that is quite far. I am all alone out here and it is beautiful, but apocalyptic. The water is killing the land. These are ponds, so man made, to channel the water, but some of the water is different, and black. And they are patches in the landscape. Like a tongue, the shape I mean.
At the very end of where I can go there is the trunk of an old tree, very large, has been taken down, only the stump is left, but the roots look firm. This wood has been half into the water all this time, and I see that it starts to break down, becomes soft. I would suspect rot because of the water, and fear the tree will not last, even if it is only this stump. It will rot just like everything else.
Even the water itself, it is so far from civilization that it is lethal. That is the whole point.
Maybe later in the dream, and behind the water landscape and with Digr. There are tracks of rubber, as if roads, they serve as roads, most go to the right, but there is a small one to the left. A little gray purple, is what they look like. As if used a lot. I know how to use them, though this is alien to what we know. At this point all the tracks come together, but it is more like this that they leave from here. And most have the habit of taking the right one, while I opt for the left, but I am on my own. Possibly, because I go others will follow.
These tracks serve to transport humans quicker, one track runs a longer way than the others, this is a digital track. So-called.
The whole thing symbolizes decadence and the end of the world. Later I go back inside. And Mother is there and mocks me saying: "that man, or writer, has come from so far, especially for you". And I say yes, because I want to affirm it. And I even elaborate saying: "the spirit of the river said that we can expect another storm and it will keep raging until sand, or dirt, will fall from space." And I see what the latter things means. Whirlwinds of sand come down from the darkness of space in funnels to earth.
Then I can't read my notes because I wrote over them. River god is a girl (?), says that she will help us by ... holding back a long time. Until end of the year. That was the deadline.
End of the dream is that she sits down on me in the sofa, which is erotic, and I am unsure, don't know how to act, whether to act.

2. Champagne Table

Train. We arrive somewhere, I guide a girl and a man. At a table.
Tables are set in a row in the hallway, like this is a fair, all tables on the same side, and grey, big, industrial. We talk in English. The man in front of me certainly speaks Dutch, but I am not sure about the girl, which is why I talk English, so that we all understand each other. I am mainly talking to the girl, who is on my right, we are with our back to the hall itself, look at the wall. The man sits opposite of me, long hair, is into metal and maybe a heathen. He wears a pendant and when I look at it I think it resembles a Thor's Hammer, but it is more complex. I assume he is asatru, and he does not say much, but I don't say much to him either. The girl is young and needs much explaining. I am the one talking the whole time, almost. Both are unfamiliar to me, but we are assigned to each other. One table is to my right, but all the others are on the left, because the right is where we entered.
At some point I start saying something and because I just looked at his pendant he thinks I was going to say something about that, and he takes it shows it and starts to say something about it, but I was saying something else, so the moment passes. And I don't go back to it.
We are looking for a place to sleep, this will be in the hallway itself. All the others are better informed and are further down the hallway, maybe they know what is happening. I stay here. I know rather well what is happening. We got some stuff also, lots of which is champagne, and I drink from it, but the two others don't because they don't like it. But more bottles arrive, they come in cardboard boxes and other kinds of containers of which you don't think it is champagne, but when I check I'm sure. And I don't know where this comes from, it belongs to the table. The man on the table on our right sees this and smiles, because we are in an abundance of champagne, while usually it is the other way around. I ignore him.
There is also a glass bottle and this one has cacao, but it must be old, because it has been coloured yellow and is transparent. I don't trust it, but these two want it. 
When it is time to sleep, I start to imagine things with the girl, thinking about the future, how we will be close together and talk and be so close that our lips will almost touch, and I can kiss her. But none of this is real, it is only in my mind what I imagine the future in my dream is like. I show her the other rooms.
Back in the hallway I show the girl the other rooms because it is time to look for a place to sleep, and we were assigned to that one table, but if you don't go all the way you don't know what you're missing, so I lead her. Most groups are by five. And at the end of the hall is a room to the left, and we enter but it appears to be some sort of bathroom, and there are only men in it. I realize I'm mistaken and shuffle back.
Then the scene shifts a bit, because I am alone now, but this is still the same building, which might now be a ship, and I am in the centre of it, not the side where the hallway was. But since I walked the length of the hallway I enter this common main room from the back. I go to the front. There are different floors, like steps, and when I come to the front, it is very posh and I see the entry, and I look around me, and somewhere on my right now I see my family, parents and aunt D and uncle B and maybe their son and family. But I don't go there immediately, though I will.
That is when I see D&S, arriving, and I go to them first, though it was my plan to go sit with the family. D&S sit at the first available table, and I follow, though I saw a girl, blond, she has papers that remind me of work, no they are the exact same papers, like List always carries around, but I don't go to her, since I am now with D&S and I sit down, eager to also see my family.
Then I see a young girl in red and white in a sofa. I recognize her from the train, and I go sit next to her. There is a lot of red in the interior. When I sit down next to her she walks away from me. Then I go back to the table of my brother.


3. Ray Seven

Something about the seven rays. According to the dream Ray 7 is dominant nowadays, since a couple of hundred years, and is the only one active which explains this and that, and will be the only one for thousands years to come, which also explains a lot. And I am not too unhappy, since it is the ray of magic.

Crystal Workshop

1. Entering Dusk

I am on a secret mission to outsmart the enemy. I'm not alone but with three or four others, in a car, outside.
When we pack, I pack my badminton racket, this we do inside. One of the younger fellows follows my example and packs his racket, but the seniors don't and when I am thinking more rationally, I can't see anymore why I want to take the racket. I want to take many other things. At first my paper shopping bag, as if for clothes, is empty, but one thing after another I put in it, not so many, because it still looks empty when I put the racket in it, I leave it in it.
I am the leader of this gang.
Later inside, home is house of parents, mother is there, there are books everywhere, like a library, with many floors, the upstairs floor, though I don't come there I can see it, it is full of bookshelves, light. I am looking for a particular book. But no one can know I am reading it, since it is forbidden. Some book, too, about the planet Earth. And in fact, the beginning of the dream was SF, though I can't remember it.
Downstairs with mother, it is time for her evening nap and I am about to go outside, I better, so I don't bother her. But all the time before I leave I need to check on something with her and ask her this or that, and she must answer so that I involuntarily prevent that she can go and take a nap, this is either in the kitchen or in the dining room. So I interrupt her every time.
Now I leave, and in the kitchen already I see the outside skies, which have turned from day to a soft rosy colour, and now when I am going outside it becomes dusk. And in the dream the whole while with my mother I see these colours change so I know that time is passing. It is almost dark when I go out, but not yet completely.
Now I go outside peace comes over me, and I know my dad will soon arrive from work.
When I am in the garage, which I have to pass to go outside, there are others there and I decide to play with them, they must be playing games. I stay close to the kitchen door, and by the drawer in the neighbourhood I kneel and I have a paper with example colours, rather artisty, and I need those colours to label things, though I can't remember what. Moreover, when I focus on this job, I am not aware of any other people anymore. And I start with cutting out the top colour, which is a patch of orange no bigger than my the top section of my pinky. I can choose my favourite colours myself. This is the end of that fragment.

But I think the dream continues.
I'm suddenly involved in some Japanese ritual, with three others, I only participate a little, and not fully focused, I am not supposed to be here. Because I am not something something (can't read).
Three people, among which me stand in three of the four corners, I think the west is missing (but might be north), I am in the east (south), and one person is in the centre turning to each of us and doing the actual rite, and I think she is happy I join, even if I don't actively participate, because it would be more difficult still with one person less to represent the quarters. And she is a mature woman, with long brown hair, I seem to know her from somewhere. At the end of it, she turns to everyone and gives each a kiss, then she comes to me and I know what is coming because I know the ritual, though I'm not sure whether it is appropriate for me to kiss her on the lips, but she does it for me, and I say a formula: luwatuwa (which is my rational mind waking up), because I heard the other people say something like a closing formula, but different, I pick this formula because it is personal and because it expresses my bond to the Northern tradition, even if this is a Japanese ritual. The other two are not happy I am participating and not happy that I say those words, but I don't think they understand the meaning. All the time rather dark, dusk.
After that I go back inside.

2. Apples, Steel Hammer and Rails

Something I can't read.
Then SF film, recommended by my brother N. I want to watch it. I want the others to watch it with me, so it takes a while.
In the dream, Bale is the wife of D, but there is a fragment of dream, where the situation is this that I will stay overnight with them, but I cannot but stay with them in the same bed, and she and I somewhat look forward to be naked next to each other and have some sex maybe, but later in the dream I think that if D will be there in the same bed, that will be rather awkward and I should not do it.
The bed is on the upper floor and the room is a small cabin within a larger room.
There is something that I am investigating.
At some point in the dream I am in a place that looks like the kitchen of my parents, and I have a bunch of fruit with me, maybe it was on the floor, but it was this that I came for, and there not only apples, but also tomatoes, which I think is normal. I get unsuspected help from my dad, who comes behind me and carries some fruit, or picks up what fell on the floor. Oranges too.
Something about poison, and notes I can't read.
Some later fragment somewhere else, ground floor, back side of building, open on one side like a hangar, but smaller, and an open gate to another room which is more private and has more things strewn about the floor, which is all mine. But the people entering are hostile and it is their place too, or maybe they claim this. (Can't read all of my notes).
When a confrontation happens, I tell them to hold on, step back into the back chamber with the metal treasures, and bring forth some sort of weird hammer, but it is completely made of iron and possibly used for smithing. I show them this, and it should put fear in them, because they are all armed and ready to fight.
And I take something else and from the chamber, though they stand in the big grey concrete hall, I demonstrate the power of the club and bring the hammer down on the anvil maybe, and smash it. It is a battle hammer.
And they want to occupy this place. (Can't read notes). There's a woman among them, and either she is the leader, or she has ears for me.
(Then fragment of apples maybe?).
Later in the same dream, I go to class on my bicycle, and this is in Herent, but a very different side than usual, by the Vaart, canal. There is a shorter way, but one of the women here does not believe me. The place we are in is lush, nature, we are on a height, the whole path is, but soon enough I realize that tracks run on this, of a train, and on the other side too. Country side on the left, and on the right are buildings and one street after the other leading into the centre, and we must take one of those, and I know a shortcut, and am trying to discern the right street, but this woman does not believe me and wants to go the conventional way, which is further up. Green grass.
Anyway it is difficult to get to the civilized part, because there are ditches. Other people are with us, and they leave it open whether there is a shortcut or not. I want to prove it and jump to the streets, but first I have to climb the tracks, and I don't even get over the first set of rails, which is a problem, because just when I decide to do that I see a train, locomotive only, come from my right, blue, and rather fluffy, but I think I will have plenty of time, and I also see the locomotive slow down. I'm crawling on my belly to get across it, and there will be a second track to cross and then a ditch to jump, but I can't do the first one at all, so after a while I give up and go back. There was nothing I could do about that. And I think everyone is relieved.
Later we all take the same route, normal route. Light.

3. Another Workshop on Crystals

Elbe is driving and I am in the car, she is taking me to the crystal workshop with Vebt. Highway, lucid. Or we happen to pass by the centre where Vebt gave her workshop and decide to stop. We don't go in in the front door but go by the windows to see whether anyone is there. And yes, we can see Vebt, and of course she can see us through the windows.
Then we enter on the right, via the windows and stay there in the corner. She is preparing for a workshop. We have a lot of papers or she hands out some to us, and we read it, then we are interested, and I have already decided to stay, even if it is on the background in the corner where I hope no one will see me, but Elbe would continue her own way, but after a while she decides to stay anyway, which surprises me, and she walks up to one of the chairs, black or dark, and sits down, she has a place among these people, and I do not, so I stay in the corner. A few others are here and I recognize all their faces from the workshop. And there are more men this time, and a lot more chairs than last time, but not all of them are occupied yet because it is still very early.
After a short while I decide to join and claim a chair, and I see a good seat but the people around it change, and so I end up next to Elbe, which she might not want, since she might want to be there in her own right. Vebt started, but then leaves the room and it takes a very long time before she returns, and I don't think I see her return in the rest of the dream.
Krvh is also there, and I am surprised to see her, and thought I could have gone with her or I think maybe she is thinking that I should have asked her to get me here.
I sit myself in another chair, on the right. But she's given me ten euro, I don't know why, and I suppose I will be needing it, and later I think that this will be subtracted from the total price which I can now only imagine I will pay with a transfer.
Also someone who assists Vebt, now that she left, deals out boxes, we get two, those who are present, one big and one small, long. And they are open and I see metal bars and so on in it and I suspect this is something from Ikea, but I don't understand why. The girl dealing these out says that you can put the small box in the large one and that will be easier to carry, and although I don't need or want her help, she demonstrates with my boxes and I leave it at that.
I am now relaxed and view the room, behind me is the table and I see it is made ready to eat, with knives and forks and spoons, but they are only drawn on the table. And I also see people draw these, and the lines around the actual cutlery are so wide that the end result does not look very good, but you can still recognize the utensils in the line drawing.
When I turned, there was also a cat, young one, blue, and she wants my attention, at first it is not clear, though I understand immediately. But I have something in my hands, maybe reading something, so I can't give the cat attention, and I think I will do it later, because now I can't do both at the same time, and I cannot put aside my reading, because it is as if glued on my hands, but I don't care.
When the little cat starts to push my feet more with its head, the others see it, and I say something about it, but I am reading.
The radio is too loud at this point, and the text I am now reading, at the end, is about dreams, all blogs, and this is another sheet that Vebt let deal out, and I am not among it, which disappoints me, but on the other hand I couldn't reveal it anyway because it is too personal, not just for me but also for the people involved. 
Something else about the cat, because there is some sort of computer behind me and I type in Heliotrope Cat, and press enter one too many times and a bunch of them appears on the screen, which happened involuntarily, and an Egyptian sign that looks like Laguz, but is more round that ends it. But this is when I am already waking up. End of dream.

Black Train

1. Dog Lion

Some end of a hall, this part is a little higher, but away of the people, and no chairs or tables. A girl is waiting here, she is with us, N also in the neighbourhood. I am waiting too, but I use the time to practice my taiji sword, without sword. But I have the luminous idea to practice with my sweater, the light grey one, and I swing it about this way and that. I move fast because the sweater is not solid like the sword, so I keep moving fast so that it is always moving. I slightly try to impress the girl, who is on my right, and watches me sometimes. I am mainly doing the Falling Flowers Posture, which is the best one you can do with the sweater.
Maybe in this dream too, or in a later dream. In the corner is a dog, and its lady boss too, the dog sits or lies but makes it very clear to me that he wants me to come so I go and kneel and stroke the dog. The boss encourages me, so I stroke the dog, looking for the right place on its head and neck, I feel the bristles. Very different from a cat's head. This is a big dog, like a Shepherd. Light brown, yellow ochre colour. I have some trouble finding the right spot, but the dog is patient, and when it is okay, the dog really enjoys it.
At that point the dog lays its paw on my arm, leg or body somewhere, just nearby, and I see it is a lion. The dog has changed into a lion, and it is a little more dangerous now, but I have to persist and be confident, this is a mighty feeling.

2. Invading the Sports Complex

Eating somewhere in a public place, but after that we go to a second place, night. Cafe. N wants to go there for a specific reason, but when we get there it is no longer there.
In between we are waiting on the parking lot, it is late.
When we enter the second establishment, it looks like a combination of a Chinese restaurant and the Fnac, stairs to go in, stone. Then restaurant which I thought would be a pub, has two sections, front and back, but we immediately go to the front, we are a handful of people, N is leading. I think the tables here are too well dressed, this is too posh, I am not prepared for this and feel uncomfortable. I like casual.


When we leave the restaurant we split up, I have to follow a very specific route, but it is already late. One lady who was with us goes ahead, and then follows a part of dream in which I am not present but I see what happens with the lady. She walks beside a cliff on the right and on the left is a small river or brook with very clear water, and she skims the river with her blown up yellow orange boat. But then I see the life boat going alone with her with the current, and she has stepped out of it, and this means she loses her means of transport and she will be late, but apparently she found something worthwhile on the side. Something caught her attention, maybe flowers, and she takes her time.
Because I fear for her and her boat, this is where I come in the scene, as if I am teleported there, and someone else comes with me, also a woman. We follow her along the the path, a little further on the right is a sports complex. We want to go there, that is the two women want to, but I don't because it is private and it is late and we are surely not allowed to go there. Now this is in the country side, and the path is fully on the land, trees like a lane, then on our right is still a height, but it is a field, with nothing on it, just earth. And then the parking lot, the front of the building, the complex itself, and behind that visible to us is also a cafe connected to the complex. There is still light and people about. All those people know each other, we would stand out.
The two women know as well as I do that we can't have anyone see us, but the two of them are jogging towards the complex, thinking that if they jog, they look like people who belong here. N is also here now and he knows the way. There are different ways to approach the complex, public and secret.
Of course, soon enough the people see us, and they try to stop us. I can't remember what the reason was why these two ladies wanted to go in so badly. (Here I can't read my notes). 
Something something, and the authorities of the place come, maybe one or two persons, and they want us to explain. I comply and go behind the building, rather calm and knowing that things will now turn out the right way. I can't remember how the two ladies reacted, anyway, behind the building was the pub and I sit there and wait and there are other people there. And about there does the dream stop.

3. Cast Iron Train

We are on the train. My brother N is there. We sit next to each other, he on my left, and a third person is on his left, and this person we know, or I know him, although it is a coincidence that he is here. Someone called Robin, although sometimes the name Johan comes to mind. Someone of my schooltime?
Later we enter a second train, which is a little unusual, but the same thing happens. My brother and I sit next to each other, and there happens to be a third person, sitting on the left of my brother, and I know him too, this is purely accidental. This person is called Hans. And N might sometimes be Bale.


The beginning of the dream is in someone's living room, some workshop or other. It is late, like at a wedding (?). Stco is also there, and my parents.
This is something that has to do with our family, we have to leave. N and me are first of all with the car. Light, horizon type of dream. We take a long turn left, the road curves that is. Another car was in front of us for a moment, you can't see behind the curve, I had not expected this, but this is the only possible way and my brothers knows it.
Then we arrive at the station and hurry to catch our train, N has a ticket.
The station is a very wide place, under roof, we walk a whole end, hurry, then come to the place where we have to choose our path, although the way to the platforms is still far away, but one corridor leads of to the right, this is to platform 6 and 7. 8&9 and the next one are straight through. N walks through, because he is in a hurry. There are people sitting on our left at this place, because there is some kind of cafe. At first I follow my brother because I trust that he knows the way and I don't take initiative, but then I see we will go to far and I stop him and ask him which platform we have to go to, again, because I already knew, and I was paying attention. We have to go to platform 7b, and this is in the neighbourhood of 6, but 6 and 7 are together. All this is not clear in the first instance.
