Dream interpretation

This is a dream journal. The intention behind it is to also give interpretations on the recorded dreams. In my experience, much of the dream content is prophetic and can be linked to events following the night of dreaming.
Throughout the year 2013 I will keep to the discipline of recording my dreams every morning and interpreting them every evening. That way, people may start to get a feel of how dream symbolism works.

No Change

1. Wedding

Long room, lots of windows, side of a building. Light inside. Day of the Inro's wedding. Everyone is making ready. I will certainly come along. Some stuff is said of what can be done and what not, the rules of the wedding party. Some parts of the dream are outside too...
At long last, maybe I am the one stalling the departure, I possibly make it so that I'll be the one marrying her...

2. Studio Booth

I see a radio studio. This must be the one of Studio Brussel. It is very small, grey, and dull. Possilby S and R are presenting a show. It is only a square meter big. Some garbage on the floor. They stand up. No room to sit. With their backs turned to the open side. (I'm not there, I see this).
There is something with a bucket of which the lid is always flapping and that makes a noise. This is in the studio. It is yellow. The lid is white. It flaps. S has a hammer and pounds on the bucket's lid, which makes even more noise instead of shutting it.

3. No Change

I'm in the shop. Light. Behind the till. I'm looking at the float or the counter. Keva is in the neighbourhood, next to me, behind the till. That's because it is time to change place for the lunch break. When the till is open I notice that I lack a whole lot of change.
I'm fairly calm in regards to Keva, although he is always late when I am to leave. This time, I'm okay. Then all of a sudden it is 12.45pm and I start to worry, because I should have had my break at 12pm. I'm starting to get angry, too, because of the fact that I have no change in the till, no coins. How has it come this far. The smallest coins, I haven't got. I look at the 5c, because I need those the most, and they're not there. But then I see next to it another slot, also with 5c, which is rather strange, but it does give me a little confidence. This is all counter number one.
Keva does not understand why I am angry about it. That is when I tell him how Brva deals with the change, and she would rather have none. Brva in the meanwhile is standing across the shopfloor, in eyesight, and maybe she can hear us. I watch her as I tell Keva about what's not good about her. And I know counter number two is never replenished with changed, but that is because I don't work there and Keva doesn't mind, he says himself, so I don't bother.
Then, at a certain point, an old lady wants to buy something. I had already seen her. There are a few people walking in the shop. She and a friend of her are there. She has grey hair, is old. She puts something on the till, it is in a large box, white, looks like a kitchen tool, but I don't know what's in it. She wants to buy it, it obviously comes from somewhere else. Maybe something pharmaceutical.
She also asks whether she can get tickets for the bus or where the bus stops or is going. This is more or less the moment when I see the time and realize it is very late indeed. So, I decide to help this lady as a last customer, and then leave to have my lunch break. Tama is also in the neighbourhood.
Somewhere in the same scene there was something about two voodoo books that I owned or I had them put in the shop, but they were mine. I had laid them on one of the tables in the shop, but someone, probably Brva, removed them. They have to go somewhere else. I'm looking for my books, I want to know where they are. And then maybe I'll consider to put them in the shop again in a different place.

  1. Residue.
Dream 3. Pharmaceutical is a residue of students of medicine buying their books. The table is a residue of changing the tables in the shop, theme change.
Dream 2. The radio programme by S and R was on yesterday, and in fact the whole week.

    Interpretation.
Dream 2. The bucket and the hammer may be a reference to my ejaculation. The dreams recorded all come after this. In the night I could not hold myself anymore and masturbated till the end. I let it out in the toilet, which might have been the bucket.
Dream 3. This dream points again to the fact that I react too late. No change might be a pun of me not able of changing.
The voodoo books that change place may have been a reference to my asking of the question whether voodoo is related to the Nubian empire. I asked Bale this tonight.
