Dream interpretation

This is a dream journal. The intention behind it is to also give interpretations on the recorded dreams. In my experience, much of the dream content is prophetic and can be linked to events following the night of dreaming.
Throughout the year 2013 I will keep to the discipline of recording my dreams every morning and interpreting them every evening. That way, people may start to get a feel of how dream symbolism works.

Band Playing

1. Beggars Sleeping in the Dirt

Weird dream half outside, half inside. Buildings stacked upon each other. One side faced town, the other the open.
At some point I entered a more private enclosure where I had been before. Old people were lying on the ground. On the grass, under a tree, and so on. Scattered about. Alone and yet together. Only when I came closer did I see they were old. Not just that. They looked like beggars sleeping in the dirt. I came in anyway. However, I was a little scared by them, maybe they have diseases. Maybe they stink. On my left must have been a ditch. I felt a little uncomfortable.
Earlier or later I went inside too, the house or rooms led from one world to another. There were many people there. Stairs. One room was really full, ruddy shine. Party people. Felt good actually. People I could associated with. Went about the roofs as well. Behind were streets. Sloping. Colours. Joyful. Carefree.
(Maybe these are two separate dreams?)

  1. Both places reminded me of the Sojo in Kessel-lo. This is where I saw the band Los Callejeros. And the atmosphere somehow reminded me of that.
