1. The Long Hunt
I am in a building, a bit lost and ready to go home. Maybe this was a railway station before. Maybe I was here to attend talks or seminars.
The building is a complex of rooms, built on a hill, in a secluded landscape. The rooms are all large and rectangular. They look sterile, but clean. Modern. Because it is dark, they have a purple shine.
I go one way because I want to head home. I enter an empty room and see the landscape out of the window. But in front of me is also a door. A girl enters the room behind me and warns me. From now on I know I must run, hide, get away. She tells me they are here, or we have to leave quickly because they're coming. She is very agitated, and I know she is right, because I have the same feeling. I have to run. As a matter of fact, no-one is safe.
We go for the small door on the right that is almost invisible. At least, I try. But she shakes her head. Not that door. Why not? It only leads outside. So, I open the door, and she is right, I see the woods. But before she spoke, there was still a room behind it. Something like a room that is behind the scenes. It is there but no-one knows about it. There are more places like that in the building, and I feel I know them. But because she said we can't go that way, we have to go back.
Now, leaving the room, we don't go back in another big room, but rather in small passageways. They are quite crampy, they don't leave much space to move or maneuver. She has gone ahead and I am alone again. When I left the room I actually passed a part of the threat. In the room was a space squared off and two dinosaur beings were standing there, but rather still, so I was not afraid of them. They are small dinosaurs, the kind that eat the eggs. But not a kind that I know.
I must have gone outside anyway, and possibly through the big window, because there I faced more active dinosaurs. Again a pair. Same size, which is bigger than a human, but not so big as to be impressed. Not as big as what you imagine. This is outdoors next to the window. They are dangerous. They open their back fans, like a peacock would. This looks quite impressive and I don't want to hang around any more, so I go back inside and try to find my way through the small corridors. They are short too, these corridors. I pass the silent pair of dinosaurs again, not afraid. But once I leave this one room, I hear and sense the tumult coming from the rest of the building. Obviously, we are under attack by dinosaurs. We are overrun, outside it must be teeming.
I suddenly realize that this is not the dvd that I rented. I rented the film Prometheus and thought about watching, but now it seems I am in the film, but it is not the right one. I'm not happy about it, but I go along with it, thinking that things might get interesting anyway. So, now this seems like a scene from a film, but it is real enough too.
Once in the corridors I am cornered. I realize I can't go anywhere. They're everywhere. Wherever I go, the dinosaurs are there. On the far right end of the small corridor is a door or window leading outside. I want to go there, but either a dinosaur comes in or comes after me. First I try to run, but it is utterly useless and I try to remain stoic. The beast comes and eats my head. It devours me. Before I had already seen other people being eaten by them. There's no escape. So, the dinosaur takes my head. It actually reminds me of someone who sucks my cock.
2. Gestapo Quarters
Once we are outside, we are still running. First we hit the woods, then the plains, running downhill, and finally we arrive at the headquarters of the German army. They are enemies. But of course, in this world, now, there are only enemies. This building too is a complex isolated in the landscape.
We try to hide and make the best of it. But we go inside and are eventually found.
The inside of the building is rather crowded. Actually, there are lots of innocent people. They are prisoners. They have nowhere else to go and have given up hope, goaded by the policemen, because that is what the German looking people look like. We get tangled up in this bunch and these German war officers see us and go after us.
We still manage to run, but only barely, as long as we are in the quarters, there's no hope. We get split up in the chaos. There are eight or nine of us. At the end of a hallway we have to decide, because all these officers are after us. On our right we see a chance to escape. There is an outside building which looks like a glasshouse but it is rather the opposite, we notice. It is a giant fridge, a cooler, to store things, possibly food, rations. One of us gets left behind, because she moves the other way. Maybe that's a good thing, because they will be following all of us. There is a short space between the building and the cooler which is outside, then we are inside again. We go in this cooler, because we saw an officer going into it, so we thought it safe, and not a place that they would easily search, which is true, but with them on our heels, it is more difficult.
So, we go in, it is cold. It is very small, long, cramped. Immediately I know we are trapped. Like rats. There's no way out. They can close this thing and we freeze to death. And that is exactly what happens. But we run to the end.
There is no escape.
In this giant cooler we wait a long time but at some point we get out, possibly by an explosion. Someone of us must have set it off. I don't know for sure, but we are outside. In the night. Now we still have to be careful, because they immediately notice we are gone and go after us again. So we don't have a much time.
Our group leaves in the night, first hiding behind buildings, but soon enough not anymore, it makes no sense. We took food with us from the fridge. Most of it is cold and raw, only a small portion is already cooked. We take it with us in two bowls, so two different people carry it along. Once on our way we start eating, trying if it is okay. It is like a lamb curry with yoghurt, but the meat is raw. Or it is chicken, and this is cooked.
We run uphill, the way we came. But we know, that on top and beyond the border, there is light and we are safe. The police or the officers are behind us. We are very anxious to make way. And we press on.
The last piece of landscape is more steep, but safety comes in sight and there is already more light here. There are bushes, and a gravel path that other people must have used before to get away. We crawl through the shrubs and find our way. Behind the plants, trees and shrubs they can't see is so well. A feeling of safety comes over me, but we are not there yet. This is still enemy land.
While we climb upward, the road becomes steeper. But more light, I can see things more clearly. The pathway is very small, narrow, and full of thorn bushes, too. No matter, we go on. I am the last one of the group. Two people are in front of me. I am thinking, this is our New Path. And somehow I link it with the New Testament. I finally get the real meaning of the New Testament. It is about freedom regained, a new chance, a path leading away from the old and hostile and toward home, a new world, promising.
3. Safe House
Finally we are in town, which is on a larger hill, top, and sloping streets. House is on the corner. This is civilization, like a real town with light, roads, concrete, houses, no apparent nature. Our house is at the corner, topmost. We enter. We are finally home. We celebrate.
First we get together and sit in seats, next to us is a veranda. The sun shines but it is still cold. And I imagine we are still afraid to be seen outside. Danger is not over yet.
Next, we are in the living room, lounge, chilling. I lie down in the sofa. On my left sits someone. In other seats on my right sit two other people. I am happy to relax. All the others seem more fit than me, and seem to know more than me too.
I get a present, this is the reward for going through the ordeal, they give it to me, the person to my left knows about it at least. And I immediately know, it is a cat and I sense and hear it behind me, and then it comes in front of me and it has a beige colour, but it is a dog. Not a big dog, but the animal is bigger than a cat, with a long snout. I like it. It looks very feminine. Short hair, yellowish. Don't know the kind. It seems pleased with me, or at least allows me to touch it, and it crawls on top of me, on my chest. This feels very good, comforting. Carefree.
4. Wooden Tooth
Earlier dream. I was talking to someone and I noticed one of my teeth was loose. And it felt like there was a piece of wood or a wedge of some kind was in it. I tested it with my tongue, but I just let it be.

This is one big dream.
ReplyDeleteMore and more towards the end, I had a feeling that this was about Elbr, or at least I started to think about her. The dog reminds me of her.
Interpretation.
The lizards come in pairs. They attack. Seems to tie in with the new age stories about an alien attack.
The quarters may refer to the quarters in a magical circle. This would be a residue then, because of last night's discussion.
The dog or cat in the dream sounded like the spirit that visited me before, the one with the cock legs. So it may be related to the magic squares of the intelligences of the book that I put on the wall.
ReplyDeleteInterpretation.
The dream about the tooth is probably the moment at Anle's party where I talked to her daughter.
I also took the train today and got off at the wrong station, and had to wait for a train back, but I don't know where it is in the dream.
Lizard Attack may also refer to the fact I met someone at the party who read the Voyagers books, which is new age, and about that alien lizard race.
