Dream interpretation

This is a dream journal. The intention behind it is to also give interpretations on the recorded dreams. In my experience, much of the dream content is prophetic and can be linked to events following the night of dreaming.
Throughout the year 2013 I will keep to the discipline of recording my dreams every morning and interpreting them every evening. That way, people may start to get a feel of how dream symbolism works.

Hit the Wall

1. Who's on top?

(What I remember is this.)
I am outside and the sun shines. Lots of light (symbol of lucidity, and marks the one event in the dream that I remember). City surroundings. Pavement. Wall, yellowish. On the left is a door or a corridor and people pass through it to go inside.
I see Loli. She squats against the wall, in the middle of it. I go towards her. She smiles at me invitingly, up, becomes she sits and I am standing. I make a move and go sit on her lap. She likes it and asks why it has taken so long. Somehow it feels like she has taken the initiative, although I'm the one on top.
Then we kiss. I have no idea how it happens and I presume by her reaction, that is me who took initiative. This is because she does not let go. Her kissing is quite claiming, a sucking feeling, but not in a good way, in a claiming way.

Later I see a woman who is pregnant and I am surprised because I hadn't expected that from her. And I think: not again...

    2. Self Confidence

    This was a face to face situation. Public place. Light, maybe inside, but no clear surroundings. All standing. Possibly a tall blond woman (though I'm not sure anymore) who I looked in the face and I said: zelfvertrouwen. And it came out very confident. The word means self confidence. And it was like this was the whole conversation.

    Interpretation dream 1

    The wall and the corridor may symbolize a boundary towards a next stage of evolution. Which means that the incident symbolizes something that needs to be done to get there?

    Interpretation dream 2

    This possibly refers to a conversation I had with my collegue today. She asked why I was quite, if I was alright because I had been quite for about three or four weeks. And I said first: because I have a cold, and after that, because I was tired, exhausted really. It felt like she didn't believe me, but I spoke truly. She didn't ask any further and I didn't say anything else about it. So, I don't know if she understands. But according to the dream, what's important is that I answered her truly.
